How to register?
To register with us, you have to visit the home page; there you have to click on join us button, which will redirect to user registration page. You have to fill up all the required fields appropriately and click on sign up button. After successful submission of details you would receive an email for verifying your account. You have to click on the link received in account verification mail; after the email verification; DMI will internally follow a verification process which may take a few days of time. As soon as the verification process gets completed, DMI team will activate your account and you will receive an email notification about your account being activated.
How to login?
To log in, user has to go to Texchange online portal where you need to click on log in button; this will populate a log in popup screen. You need to enter valid credentials in the provided text boxes. After successful authentication, you will be able to see the dashboard which will be based on user type.
How to reset password?
For resetting the password, you have to visit Texchange online portal, once the portal is opened, click on login button in top right corner. This action populates a login popup screen. Click on “Forgot Password” link ,this will redirect to “Forgot Password” page where you have to enter “User name” and “registered email Id” and then click on “Submit” button. After successful submission of the credentials you will receive a password reset link on your registered email id. You have to click on the provided link in received email to set a new password. This action will open change password screen where you have to enter new password and confirm the password and then click on submit button. After successful password change operation, you will again receive a changed password confirmation email on same email id. Forgot password link will expire after a certain period of time.
How to post a feedback?
For submitting your feedback, go to Texchange online portal’s home page and click on feedback button, fill in all the required details and click on submit.

How to raise an enquiry for “Other Textile Products”?
For raising enquiry of “Other Textile Products”, user has to log into TEXCHANGE website with his provided credentials as buyer/seller. Once user is logged in he can click on “Other Textile Products” products enquiry link which would prompt a popup window. User needs to fill up all required fields and click on submit. Post successful submission enquiry will be floated to the concerned person and someone from TEXCHANGE will revert to you. You may also send an enquiry from the homepage without logging in.
What are the live chat timings?
